I am currently representing Lambeth Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Project Delivery Officer this role will be: SW2 1RW Hybrid
The right candidate will:
* To support the co-ordination and monitoring of individual project progress to ensure activities are fully completed in-line with the project plan so overall delivery is concluded on time, to budget and in-line with the anticipated benefits
* To provide administrative support to the Accommodation Projects Manager and Building forums in support of FM special projects.
* To assist management to ensure that day to day operational issues and complaints, FOIs and Members enquiries are dealt with in appropriate and timely manner by external contractors and appropriate responses are sent to customers. To advise Management of any issues which may affect the delivery of services and FM special projects
* To provide support to management in preparation of management information and other reports
* Under the direction of the Accommodation Projects Manager to undertake regular customer satisfaction reviews using feedback to improve service delivery across FM & Property Services.
* To make recommendations to the Accommodation Projects Manager and wider property services management team for improvement and refinement of existing processes for operational practices and business management, to support the overall FM & Property services strategic plan.
* To provide support to the Accommodation Projects Manager to engage with internal and external customers across the borough as part of the overall FM & Property Services Business Development plan.
* To maintain accurate records, to ensure information and documentation is organised in a systematic fashion enabling easy retrieval of information on internal service SharePoint and Teams sites, FM mailboxes and customer information websites.
We require the following:
* Demonstrable experience of working in a customer focused environment.
* Ability to provide efficient and effective administrative support in a Customer Focused FM environment
