Job Description

Salter Grange is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead a high-profile data centre project in Central Europe. As a Project Director, you will oversee the delivery of complex data centre projects for blue-chip clients, supported by a strong Senior Operations team. Operating across the UK and Europe, our client is a trusted name in data centre construction with a turnover exceeding £3 billion and a robust project pipeline extending to 2030.

Project Director Responsibilities:

  * Drive effective client relationship management to ensure project success.

  * Develop a deep understanding of project strategies and future pipeline.

  * Oversee operational aspects of the tender process.

  * Facilitate seamless communication between head office and project sites to promote continuous improvement.

  * Lead comprehensive training programs to enhance team performance and proficiency.

  * Provide inspirational leadership to motivate project teams.

  * Manage budgets and costs in alignment with project planning.

  * Act as a key liaison to senior management and the board, delivering regular project updates.

  * Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate project performance.

  * Oversee implementation of new policies and procedures.

Project Director Requirements:

  * Extensive experience in general contracting/main contracting, with a proven track record in data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects from start to finish.
