V7 Are looking for a Project Director to join our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor and their team based in Birmingham!

Their ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Motivated and driven individual.
* Proven history of working on complex projects through to completion.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Building and Health and Safety/Fire regulations
* IOSH for Directors, CDM/PSCS Awareness, BBS, Root Cause Analysis & S5 & Q10 internal workshops.
Duties will include:
* Managing a complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
* Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.
* Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.
* Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
* Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.
* Quality control.
* Reporting into the Regional Director.
