Project Director Opportunity
I have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Director working on a major project in the Hampshire area with a hugely successful civil engineering contractor in the water sector.
You will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery Role description
Requirements of the Project Director
* Experience of managing a major project or large framework values in the water civil engineering sector
* Proven leadership experience in the water / civil engineering sector
* Ideally Degree qualified
* In-depth understanding of the entire project lifecycle and requirements of all parties involved at each stage.
* Technical knowledge combined with the ability to collaborate, coordinate and manage external partners
* In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts
Responsibilities of the Project Director
* Responsible for all aspects of project delivery
* Promote exceptional safety and delivery quality standards
* Maintain good relationships with joint venture partners and suppliers.
* Ensure that appropriately detailed construction plans and method statements are prepared, in place and approved prior to commencement of activities.
* Ensure all commercial aspects of the project are managed
