They are looking for a true "project director" to lead from the front and deliver the project.
Client requirements include:
20 Years in the leadership and management experience
Major civil engineering project experience (roads, tunnels, infrastructure)
Previously held the number 1 role
PPP experience
Relevant degree qualification
