€550-€600/day | Site-Based | Immediate Start | Long-Term Contract
Are you a seasoned construction professional with downstream oil & gas experience ready to lead high-impact industrial projects in the Amsterdam area?
We're hiring a Project Engineer to take charge of on-site coordination, contractor management, and delivery excellence. This is a freelance B2B contract with ongoing potential, offering competitive rates and a dynamic, boots-on-the-ground role.
🔧 What You'll Do:
Lead daily construction activities and drive safe, efficient execution.
Coordinate contractors, resources, permits, and logistics.
Champion HSSE standards and foster a culture of safety.
Collaborate with remote centres of excellence for technical and project support.
Own planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
🧠 What You Bring:
10-15 years in site construction supervision within oil & gas downstream or industrial/infrastructure sectors.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken).
