Connect Appointments have a permanent opportunity available for a Project Engineer in the Kilmarnock area.
Salary: Up to £51,500 per annum (DOE)
Schedule: 37 hours per week, with an early finish on Fridays
Our client offers a comprehensive range of refurbishment, maintenance, overhaul, engineering support, project management, and repair services to the UK rail and light rail sector. They offer a stable and rewarding working environment from their state of the art facilities in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire.

As a Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Development, planning and scheduling of projects to ensure requirements are met
Creating and signing off project documentation
Using Bills of Materials (BOMs) to record material requirements for each project and work with procurements to place orders
Ensuring compliance with all HSE requirementsThe ideal Project Engineer will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
The ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications
The ability to collaborate across functions and departmentsGET CONNECTED
