Our client is a successful and growing manufacturing company, known for innovation and quality. Due to continued investment and site development, they are now looking to add a talented Project Engineer to their team.
Key Responsibilities of a Project Engineer:
* Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to completion
* Deliver process improvement, optimisation, and validation projects across the siteSpecify, install, and commission new automated machinery and equipment
* Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teams
* Ensure all projects meet business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budget
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and validation reports
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and capital investment plans
Ideal Project Engineer will be:
* Degree qualified in Engineering or Project Management (or equivalent)
* Proven experience delivering projects in a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of process engineering, automation, or continuous improvement
* Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
