Job Description
The Project Engineer is responsible for managing a project's engineering and technical aspects. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and providing technical guidance to team members. This position will be responsible for collating project packages of work and formatting for the tendering process.
Essential:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or similar field
* Project Management Qualification such as APM Project Fundamentals or Prince2
* Knowledge of COMAH regulations and safety standards.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Project to develop project schedules
* Knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects running concurrently
* Knowledge of how to read Engineering drawings such as P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineeringBefore You Apply
