Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Engineer to lead and support a wide range of engineering projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role covers everything from machinery installations to moulding design and factory layout planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end project management
* Design of mouldings and factory layouts (SolidWorks & AutoCAD)
* Manage service contracts and liaise with suppliers
* Support production/maintenance teams on equipment upgrades and installations
Required Skills:
* Strong IT skills: MS Office, MS Project, SCADA, networking
* Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
* Electrical design, PLC programming, motor control, instrumentation
* Deep knowledge of injection moulding
* Ancillary systems: chilled water, compressed air
* Familiarity with BRC IOP, EHS, and CI tools (Kaizen, 5S)
You’ll Bring:
* Technical versatility across mechanical, electrical & process systems
* Experience mentoring or training engineers/apprentices
