£50 000 - £60 000 + Bonus * Hybrid working (Haggerston HQ + WFH) * Direct line to the MD

Are you a Project Manager or similar from an AV background looking to take charge of high-spec AV fit outs for a highly successful SME offering a progression route into Board-level?
You'll join a highly successful, fast-growing SME that designs and delivers luxury residential cinema/smart-home installs and cutting-edge commercial AV fit-outs through two complementary divisions. Tight links between the teams mean rapid decisions, minimal red tape and clear progression to board level as the company scales.
What you'll be doing
Run multiple projects simultaneously - from kickoff meeting and design coordination through procurement, on-site installation, test & handover.
Produce RAMS, programmes, O&M manuals and progress reports; chair weekly calls with clients, contractors and the MD.
Manage budgets, track variations, raise invoices and protect project margin.
Schedule and brief engineers, arrange materials and maintain up-to-date records in WeQuote/Snagg (full training given).
Split your time roughly 50 % luxury residential / 50 % commercial sites - travel and the occasional overnight stay are part of the role.
What makes you a fit
Minimum 2 years' project-management experience (or similar) in AV / smart-technology integration (residential, commercial or both)
Driving licence
Willingness to travel/overnight
