Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of an AutoStore installation project from planning through commissioning and handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with hands-on experience delivering AutoStore or similar automated warehouse systems.
Location: UK
Duration: 9 months (contract)
Rate: Negotiable – based on experience
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of an AutoStore project from design through installation and commissioning.

Coordinate multiple contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
*
Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular project updates and reports.
*
Drive performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing AutoStore projects (essential).
*
Strong background in automation, intralogistics, or material handling systems.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
Ability to work independently and make decisive, informed project decisions.

Project management certification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar) is advantageousBefore You Apply
