Project Manager Construction Resources Limited  Liverpool, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid) Your Next Employer: Construction Resources is proud to partner with a Merseyside-based property, construction and asset management contractor who specialises in the delivery of end‑to‑end solutions across retail, leisure, commercial and mixed‑use developments. Their integrated model of construction, building maintenance and property management provides their customers with a single, agile partner for complex projects, repurposing, fit‑out and long‑term asset performance. With deep regional expertise and a proven track record on major schemes, they drive excellence in customer experience through all aspects of their operations. Your Next role: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects within budget, timeline and scope. You will effectively monitor and present project updates to all relevant stakeholders, including end user client, the project team members and the leadership team. Your Responsibilities Set project timeline across projects typically spanning £500k to £3m value. Full client interaction Monitor and impacting of project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them You: Ideally you will be qualified to degree level and have a demonstrable track record in project delivery in retail/commercial/leisure/commercial property sectors. You will major on quality and value for money and be able to display a depth of key client relationships.
