Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage capital projects from start to finish
Work closely with clinical teams, senior leaders, and external partners
Oversee contractors, consultants, and design teams
Ensure compliance with all regulations and Trust policies
Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report to senior leadership
Support business cases and feasibility studies
Manage procurement, risk registers, and financial forecasts
Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout delivery
What We're Looking For
Strong project management experience in capital or construction projects (NHS/public sector experience desirable)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Knowledge of building regulations, procurement rules, and project governance
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Familiarity with HTMs, HBNs, HFNs, CIBSE, BS standards
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
