Construction Manager – Project Manager

Role Overview:

    Manage residential refurbishment projects, typically valued between £50,000 – £220,000.

  * 

    Oversee tradesmen and resources, drawing on your own network of labour where needed.

  * 

    Handle project reporting and presentations, report to ops manager/Owner

    Location: Office-based in Peterborough, with projects extending across Lincoln, Skegness, north of the Thames, and Birmingham.

  *

    Package: £50,000 base salary, company car, and performance-related bonus (OTE) Another 50k
