Job Description
As a Construction Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of new commercial developments from inception through to completion. A understanding of M&E systems is essential, as you will be working closely with engineering consultants and subcontractors to ensure all services are integrated efficiently and meet design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial new build projects, ensuring time, budget, quality, and safety targets are met.

Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on-site, including M&E installations.
*
Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project requirements and technical details.
*
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
*
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and progress meetings.
*
Resolve technical issues and provide leadership in driving project performance and outcomes.
*
Monitor procurement and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
*
Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in commercial new-build developments.
*
Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
*
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
*
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive collaborative outcomes.
*
Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject, Procore).
