Location: London | Salary: Up to £90,000 + package
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a high-profile £20m construction project in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on complex builds, client-facing delivery, and managing multi-disciplinary teams from pre-construction through to handover.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be accountable for:
* Independently leading a £20m project through all phases.
* Managing programme, budget, and quality to deliver on client expectations.
* Leading site and project teams, including subcontractors and consultants.
* Maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring strong communication throughout.
* Driving safety, compliance, and sustainability standards.
* Reporting to senior leadership with regular progress updates and risk management.
About You
* Proven experience delivering construction or fit-out projects in excess of £15m.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large site teams.
* Commercially astute with a track record of delivering on programme and budget.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
* Relevant professional qualifications (degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar).
