Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the main contractor’s production team on the next phase of a large residential regeneration scheme in Mitcham, south London.
The Opportunity
* Cradle to grave delivery of a landmark development with a build value of over £100m.
* A healthy pipeline of similar, residential led major projects, all within the M25.
* A competitive working environment on profit-making projects.
Candidate Essentials
* Stable career record on large resi-led projects for main contractors in London.
* SMSTS and Black CSCS Card
* Asta powerproject proficiency preferred.
With interviews available from w/c 8/9/25, employment is expected to commence in October and salary is a very competitive £90k to £110k + packageBefore You Apply
