An new client of Sphere Solutions are looking to appoint a Project Manager / Site Manager, to commence a new role in Cheltenham.
Your new company specialise in bespoke luxury Homes and Apartments, regenerating landmarks and locations into desirable accommodation.
Whilst working in this role, you will be a site based lead / No.1, overseeing the below scheme:

My client are looking for an individual that can demonstrate good knowledge within High Rise and RC Frame developments, whilst leading these schemes and their associated project teams.
Degree level qualifications, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid are essential.
