Consent Manager
Our client, a respected leader in the power distribution sector, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on EHV cabling projects, including 132kv systems, and is based across the M4 Corridor.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end delivery of cabling projects, including planning, execution, and closing activities
Ensuring all projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations, particularly those set by Distribution Network Operators (DNOs)
Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to ensure efficient project execution
Overseeing the installation and maintenance of 132kv cabling systems
Monitoring project progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies
Preparing detailed project reports and documentation
Maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in project management within the power distribution sector
Strong understanding of HV cabling projects, particularly 33kv -132kv systems
Experience working with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs)
Knowledge of Streetworks, CDM and HSG47
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Relevant Project Management qualification or equivalent experience
Benefits:
Paying up to £75,000 per annum
