Project Manager – Electrical & Mechanical Installations

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in electrical or mechanical installations? Join a well-established and respected contractor delivering high-quality M&E projects across the region.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of multiple projects – ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’ll liaise with clients and main contractors, oversee site activities, manage variations, and ensure health & safety compliance at every stage.
What You’ll Do
* Manage M&E installation projects from start to completion
* Review drawings, resolve discrepancies, and maintain client relationships
* Monitor costs, variations, and project profitability
* Lead on-site teams and ensure compliance with H&S and quality standards
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E installation project management
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Installation (JIB certification desirable)
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
