Job Description

Project Manager FM - Bellshill - £25.48 per hour. Temp to Perm £53k salary.

Be responsible for delivering a variety of mechanical and electrical project works on customers sites across Scotland for a well respected facilities management business. 

Have full accountability and responsibility for managing and delivery of multiple Project works ranging in value up to £2,000,000.

Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment

End to end project management experience being responsible for development through to completion

CDM awareness

Recognised technical qualification (or considerable experience 5years>) in management, construction, M or E or similar.
