Gleeson Recruitment have just been briefed on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Midlands based organisation. We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager who has experience with end to end large scale technical transformation and complex projects.
IT Project Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects to customer requirements, deadlines, and budgets
Lead the project team, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and plan and track project timelines
Develop best practices for project execution and management, draft and submit budget proposals, and assign tasks to team members
Identify and resolve project issues, proactively manage changes in project scope, and coach and mentor the project team
IT Project Manager Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing IT projects
Experience in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Business process modelling and requirements analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and strong motivation and time management skills
Valid UK Driving License
