Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering technically challenging refurbishment projects across Central London?
A respected London main contractor is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team. This is a compelling opportunity to take the lead on diverse and exciting projects, typically valued up to £10 million, where technical complexity is the standard.
The Role Involves:

Managing the complete project lifecycle for complex refurbishment schemes within Central London.

Overseeing work that demands high technical skill and meticulous planning.
Focus Projects Include:

Cut & Carve and significant Structural Alterations to existing buildings.

High-Quality Commercial and Retail Fit-Outs/Refurbishments.
