Job Description

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a proven track record delivering LV/HV electrical connection projects? We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our growing Independent Connections Provider (ICP) team.

This is a home-based role with regular site visits, perfect for someone who thrives on managing multiple projects and ensuring smooth delivery from design to energisation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multiple LV/HV connection projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to industry standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, DNOs/IDNOs, and subcontractors.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for all projects.
• Ensure compliance with G81 specifications, CDM regulations, and H&S requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, site managers, and field staff to meet key milestones.
• Provide progress updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience: Proven track record in ICP, DNO, or IDNO project delivery (LV/HV networks).
✅ Knowledge: Strong understanding of contestable works, G81 standards, and electrical distribution networks.
✅ Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
✅ Commercial Awareness: Confident managing budgets, costs, and variations.
✅ Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
✅ Bonus: Project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2) – desirable but not essential
