Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to deliver a national framework of concurrent projects across the UK.

This is a hands-on role requiring a professional who can manage multiple sites simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be comfortable travelling nationwide and staying away from home when required.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage and deliver a national framework of projects across multiple locations

  * Attend and lead client briefing meetings to define project scope and requirements

  * Undertake site surveys with clients to establish detailed scopes of work

  * Ensure full compliance with client brand standards and construction guidelines

  * Work closely with commercial teams/surveyors to develop accurate cost plans

  * Manage and monitor subcontractors and supply chain performance

  * Oversee procurement and logistics of materials across projects

  * Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, progress, and health & safety compliance

  * Lead project handover meetings and ensure successful completion of each phase

  * Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring efficient and continuous delivery

  * Line manage and support Site Managers and junior Project Managers

Requirements

  * Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out environments

  * Experience managing multiple concurrent or multi-site projects

  * Strong understanding of UK construction regulations and CDM 2015

  * Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and supply chains

  * Excellent client-facing and communication skills

  * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  * Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home when required

  * Full UK driving licence
