Senior Site Manager / Project Manager - Luxury Residential Development
 Location: York
 Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Package
 Position: Permanent

Auxo Future Build is working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected construction contractor to recruit a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager for a flagship residential scheme in York.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the delivery of a £30m luxury apartment development, overseeing the project from construction through to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme performance.

Our client is known for delivering high-end residential and mixed-use developments across the UK and is seeking an experienced professional who has successfully managed similar large-scale residential or apartment schemes.

The Role

As the Senior Site Manager / Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project on site. Working closely with the commercial and technical teams, you will manage programme, subcontractors, quality, and health & safety to ensure the development is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the on-site delivery of a £30m luxury apartment development in York
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process
Coordinate with commercial, design, and client teams to resolve issues and maintain progress
Oversee project planning, logistics, and reporting
Ensure compliance with all health and safety and regulatory requirements
Drive productivity and maintain strong site leadershipRequirements

Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or luxury apartment developments
Background as a Senior Site Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role within construction
Experience managing projects in the £20m+ range
Strong leadership and site management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong understanding of construction programmes, quality control, and H&S compliance
Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid desirable)The Opportunity
