Job Description

We are looking for a freelance Project Manager who is able to cover 2 projects within the UK, with the first project in Devon, and the second one in Saltcoats. The first project is due to commence on the 13th of April. With the second project due to commence in May

The client does have a third project due to start then in September, so they have a good pipeline of work coming up in the UK, so the client requires a good setup in the UK as there will be a continual pipeline of work.

The works contain all aspects of building and project management, from drainage to concrete, white wall panelling, roofing, scaffolding, cladding, M&E, lift and shift, logistics, equipment installation all for large industrial projects.

Ideally we are looking for a person with a civil engineering background, maybe started off as a civil engineer who has 10 years plus experience. Someone who is smart, hardworking, is good with the client and has a good way about them. Able to multitask, flexible and works well under pressure. Safety is a big thing for us and they will be fully responsible for keeping our sites up to standard.

Some of the works are small but they will be fast passed and need to be well organised. For the right person there is a great opportunity for them to progress within the clients organisation. Long term the client is looking to set up a small team in the UK who will continually mange these works.

Rates are open to negotiation depending on experience, with accommodation and travel to Devon also covered
