Project Manager – Refurbishment & Fit-Out (Commercial & Industrial)
Milton Keynes | £45,000–£65,000 + Car + 10% Bonus + Benefits
A brilliant opportunity for a driven Project Manager to join a progressive, financially strong contractor with clear progression to Senior Project Manager and long‑term development right up to senior leadership.
You’ll manage commercial and industrial refurbishment and fit‑out projects from tender through to completion, gaining valuable commercial and financial exposure while delivering high‑quality schemes ranging from £50k to £5m.
The Role
  * Manage full project lifecycle (tender to handover)
  * Oversee commercial, financial, and programme performance
  * Lead on H&S, quality, and client satisfaction
  * Work across varied commercial and industrial schemes
