Project Manager required to work for a main contractor who specialise in Restoration / High end new builds up to £15 million. A Construction group delivering some of the UK’s most prestigious, high‑quality, design‑led projects

The Project Manager will be over seeing projects located in the Berkshire, Newbury, Banbury areas

Responsible for crucial success of execution of construction projects.

Budget Management

Site supervision

Quality control

Client facing

Project reviews

Scheduling

Team collaboration

Five years experience in residential remodelling construction, knowledge of construction methods, codes and regulations, proven ability to manage multiple projects
