Project Manager Responsibilities:
* Responsible for full project management life cycle
* Early contractor involvement
* Early client engagement
* Creation and management of budgets
* All project costings
* Construction phase planning
* Programming works short and long term
* Procurement
* Labour & Plant
* Management of subcontractors
* Health & Safety
* Quality
* Liaison with the client and stakeholders
* Weekly update meetings with operations director
Project Manager Requirements:
* Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent)
* Civil Engineering experience (RC, Water, Large Pipe Installs, Roads & Highways, infrastructure etc.)
* Experienced project manager involved with early engagement, programming, budgeting etc
