Role Overview
The contractor are looking for a Project Manager to oversee multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects, managing everything from tender through to delivery.
This is a hands-on, all-round role within a fast-growing SME environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage industrial, warehouse, and office fit-out projects
Handle:
Purchase orders
Tendering / pricing work
Schedule of rates
Liaise closely with:
Subcontractors
Clients
Oversee multiple projects, both office-based and on-site

5 years' experience in construction
Background in:
Fit-out
Refurbishment
Industrial / commercial projects
