Project Manager x 2 | Nr Windsor 

 Freelance | 16 months | Starts July 2026

I'm recruiting two Project Managers for a £25m hotel refurbishment and wider estate improvement programme near Windsor.

 You'll report into a site-based Project Director and have four Site Managers between you.

 So this isn't a Site Manager role with a better title.

 It's a proper Project Manager position.

 The sort where you arrive with a programme, a plan and good intentions... and by 9:15am you're dealing with a design issue, a delivery problem, two subcontractors who blame each other for everything and a Site Manager who has "just one quick question".

Project Manager #1 will lead the refurbishment of the main hotel and accommodation wings, including listed building works.
Project Manager #2 will oversee similar refurbishment works but with a stronger M&E focus, alongside wider estate projects across multiple buildings.You'll need:
• Experience delivering refurbishment projects of £10m+
• Experience working in live environments
• Strong contractor and programme management skills
• MS Project or similar
• The ability to make decisions and keep projects moving
• Listed building experience would be useful but isn't essential

 The contractor is well-established, highly regarded and has a strong pipeline of work.

 They're looking for Project Managers who can lead teams, drive programmes and solve problems.

 Not people who think project management is sitting in a site hut asking for updates every Friday afternoon.
