𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Sussex | London & South East
Experienced Project Manager required for a growing main contractor specialising in permitted development and office-to-residential conversion schemes.
The successful candidate will initially oversee a c.50-unit conversion project in Sussex and must have previous experience delivering similar PD/conversion projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Requirements:
• Proven Project Management background
• Permitted Development experience essential
• Office-to-Residential conversion experience essential
• Experience delivering projects of c.50 units
• Strong programme, commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Candidates should ideally live within or around the M25/M23 corridor
