Project Manager – Highways & Infrastructure

**North Lanarkshire | Full-Time | Permanent**

## Lead Projects That Make a Difference

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of high-profile highways and infrastructure projects?

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on professional to lead the successful delivery of a diverse range of schemes across North Lanarkshire. From highways and bridge works to environmental projects and street lighting,you'll play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure that benefits local communities.

## The Opportunity

Working within a collaborative and supportive team,you'll oversee projects from planning through to completion,ensuring they are delivered safely,on time,within budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage direct employees and supply chain partners while building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

### What You'll Be Doing

* Lead the delivery of highways and infrastructure projects.
* Manage project planning,programming and delivery.
* Oversee subcontractors and direct delivery teams.
* Drive health,safety,quality and environmental performance.
* Monitor budgets,forecasts and commercial performance.
* Produce monthly operational and financial reports.
* Build strong client relationships and promote continuous improvement.

## About You

You'll have experience managing highways,civil engineering or infrastructure projects and be confident leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

**You'll also have:**

* A Full UK Driving Licence.
* Experience managing subcontractors and operational teams.
* Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

**Desirable:**

* Experience working on local authority highways contracts.
* HND,HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar).
* Knowledge of highways maintenance,construction and current H&S legislation.
