We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading construction contractor on a contract basis, overseeing the delivery of a six-storey hotel project in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing projects from site through to completion, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives are achieved.

The Role

Manage the day-to-day delivery of a six-storey construction project.
	
Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
	
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
	
Liaise with the client, consultants and stakeholders.
	
Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
	
Drive quality standards and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager on multi-storey construction projects.
	
Strong background working for a main contractor.
	
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
	
Ability to manage programme, quality and commercial performance.
	
SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid preferred.
	
Immediate availability or available at short notice.
