Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out

£55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance | Full Time, Permanent | 7:00am - 4:00pm

This is an opportunity for a proven Project Manager to join a growing fit-out contractor delivering high-quality workplace environments for corporate clients. They're looking for someone who has come through the ranks, understands construction from a practical, site-based perspective and thrives on building lasting client relationships. Working across CAT A and CAT B office fit-out, high-end commercial interiors and healthcare projects, you'll be responsible for driving projects from pre-construction through to successful handover, ensuring programmes, budgets and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

The Role

Delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Managing high-end workplace, corporate and healthcare schemes.
Taking ownership of project budgets, cost control, reporting and commercial performance.
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners.
Managing project programmes and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Leading project meetings and providing clear progress reporting.
Ensuring quality, health & safety and customer expectations are met at every stage.
Managing successful project handovers and resolving any delivery challenges.

About You

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out.
Proven track record delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.
Experience within commercial offices, corporate workplaces, healthcare or high-end interiors.
Strong cost management and financial reporting capabilities.
Client-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop and progress.
Practical construction experience gained through project delivery rather than purely academic routes.
Well-rounded, proactive and capable of taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
