Stafforce is recruiting an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support a major transformation and operational readiness programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised project professional who thrives on coordinating multiple workstreams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring key milestones are delivered on time. Working alongside senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving progress, maintaining momentum, and keeping delivery activities aligned across a fast-paced programme environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams.
Track progress against milestones and delivery deadlines.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate meetings and ensure clear actions and ownership are agreed.
Work closely with operational, business, and technical stakeholders.
Challenge delays and help teams overcome blockers.
Monitor programme progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure activities remain aligned to overall objectives and timescales.
About You
We're looking for a confident project professional who can work independently and bring structure, organisation, and accountability to a complex programme.
You will have:
Previous experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, Delivery, Mobilisation, or Business Change environments.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
The confidence to challenge constructively and drive actions through to completion.
A proactive and delivery-focused approach.You will be someone who naturally asks:
What needs to be delivered? Who owns it? What are the dependencies? Are we on track?
And takes ownership of ensuring the answers turn into results.
