My client is a world leader in the provision of highly advanced technical solutions to Energy sectors. They are currently looking for a Contract Project Manager to join their team. Job Role – Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives by providing a high standard of engineering and service support to project teams. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering projects safely, accurately, on time, and in compliance with both company and customer requirements
Duties – Project Manager
• Deliver project activities and milestones safely, accurately, and within agreed timescales.
• Support project teams by providing effective coordination, planning, and project management expertise.
• Ensure project deliverables meet internal quality standards and customer expectations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project service plans, processes, and associated procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards.
• Participate in project reviews, job risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or delays where necessary.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project execution.
• Contribute to the preparation and completion of final project close-out documentation and reports.
• Support knowledge sharing and provide mentoring or guidance to team members when required.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills/Experience – Project Manager
• Previous experience in a Project Manager or Project Coordinator role within an engineering, technical, or service delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
• Experience working in engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or technical services environments.
Candidates who are currently a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, Program Manager, Programme Manager, Project Controller, Project Assistant and Engineering Project Manager could be suitable for this position.
