Job Description

Project Manager – Aviation – West Sussex

We are currently partnering with a multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy with presence across the UK and proven success in a variety of sectors including Rail, Utilities, Energy, Roads, Energy etc. Due to continued growth in their Aviation arm, they are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in the South to aid the Commercial Team.

Responsibilities

  * Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management
    Manage the delivery of infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage planning and design through to construction, completion and handover, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality expectations.

  * Stakeholder & Client Management
    Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors and consultants, building strong working relationships and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders within a live, operational environment.

  * Programme, Risk & Performance Control
    Develop and manage project programmes, monitoring progress and performance while proactively identifying, mitigating and reporting on risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

  * Contract & Commercial Coordination
    Support the administration of contracts (NEC or similar), working closely with commercial teams to ensure alignment on cost, procurement strategy and overall value delivery.

  * Team Coordination & Project Governance
    Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities and governance processes are in place, while maintaining accurate documentation, reporting and project controls throughout delivery.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications

Must have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role including Consultancy and Infrastructure experience

Must be based within a commutable distance of West Sussex

Benefits

£80,000 - £110,000 + Package
