Job Description

Our client, a leader in civil engineering and infrastructure, is currently seeking a Project Manager specialising in the water sector for a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Produce financial forecasts, monitor and control project costs, and produce monthly reports on project performance Deliver projects from the design phase to completion, including all handover documentation Review progress, budget, resources, and planning Build and maintain relationships with customers, framework suppliers, and design consultants Develop and maintain construction programmes Co-ordinate and manage site investigations during ongoing construction Develop engineering solutions that meet client requirements Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, risk assessments, and method statements Prepare comprehensive estimates for additional work outside target costs Set high standards of leadership in promoting HS&E procedures and best practicesJob Requirements: Working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management, and cost control Experience in the water / utilities sector would be preferred Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent software Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent CSCS manager's card, SMSTS, NEBOSH Construction Certificate Knowledge of the NEC contracts Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills Experience in managing and delivering successful projects If you are an experienced Project Manager with a specialisation in civil engineering within the water sector, we encourage you to apply now.
