Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support the Site Manager on a live construction project for an initial 2–4 month period.

The role will provide senior project oversight, ensuring the programme, design, commercial and quality aspects of the project are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

  * Support and work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team.

  * Take ownership of the construction programme, lookaheads and progress reporting.

  * Attend design meetings and workshops, including BREEAM requirements.

  * Lead client project meetings and provide regular project reporting.

  * Manage the RFI, TQ, drawing and technical submittal processes.

  * Liaise with commercial teams regarding variations and project changes.

  * Coordinate with the PQS and external stakeholders.

  * Oversee health & safety documentation and compliance.

  * Monitor QA processes and ensure project requirements are maintained.

  * Support site operations with regular site attendance.

Requirements

  * Proven Project Management experience within construction.

  * Strong programme and stakeholder management skills.

  * Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

  * Experience managing design, commercial, H&S and QA processes.

  * Confident working with clients, consultants and external stakeholders.
