Leeds - Project Manager
A leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Leeds team.
This is an opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of residential new-build and refurbishment projects, with genuine ownership from inception through to completion.
The Role
  * Managing residential projects throughout the full project lifecycle
  * Acting as Employer’s Agent on behalf of clients
  * Managing programmes, budgets, risks and project reporting
  * Coordinating consultants, contractors and wider project teams
  * Managing client relationships and project meetings
  * Overseeing procurement and contract administration
About You
  * Proven Project Management experience within a property/construction consultancy
  * Previous experience acting as an Employer’s Agent – essential
  * Strong experience across residential projects
  * Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
  * Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
  * Ability to take ownership and manage projects independently
