Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum

We have partnered with a leading Facilities Management services provider to recruit a Project Manager to work on a critical facility in Edinburgh.
Overview:
* Working for world class Facilities Management business.
* This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a specialist projects team delivering a range of electrical, mechanical & build fabric projects.
* Projects will value between £10k - £1.5m.
* Projects will consist of lifecycle, variations and capital work projects.
* You will be directly responsible for leading projects from conception to completion working alongside internal teams and sub-contractors.
* As part of your role you will drive a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement.
* Deliver technical and project documentation to the highest standard.
* Oversee procurement, equipment hire, and project planning.
Requirements:
* Successful applicants will be experienced delivering electrical, mechanical & building fabric projects within an FM environment.
* Experience working within 24 hour, live environments would be highly advantageous.
* Available to work on site 5 days per week.
