Project Manager – Salary up to £75,000 - 10% Bonus - 34 Days Holiday - 8% Matched Pension - Car Allowance - Private Healthcare - Life Assurance
J3A Recruitment are proud and excited to be supporting a Tier 1 Contractor who hold a proven track record of successfully delivering challenging projects on AMP 7 which they look to continue as we move further into AMP 8.
Due to a healthy workload, they are now looking at hiring several Project Managers to work on cradle to the grave projects and support the business in reaching their end goals.
What you will be doing as Project Manager
* Overall responsibility for the management and successful delivery of single complex projects or packages of projects delivered under the Thames Water Framework.
* Specific responsibilities include management of; health and safety, design, customer relations, quality, environmental, programme and the cost/value during both pre-production (ECI phase) and production.
* Monitor the progress of offsite and onsite operations against deadlines and budget limitations.
What we will need from you
* Excellent Project Manager with great people management skills and strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational capabilities.
* Experience of both pre-production and production project management in a major project's environment desirable.
* Contract administration experience desirable.
* Programme focused with an ability to plan and organise resources to deliver on time and in full.
* Commercially astute – lead other team members to produce accurate time and cost forecasts and reports.
* Minimum HNC qualified in a manufacturing/construction subject desirable.
* SMSTS safety qualification and relevant CSCS card is essential
* Experience in a similar role ideally within the Water Industry
