Job Description
Are you a driven Project Manager with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor experience? This is your opportunity to join an established, forward-thinking construction company delivering high-spec commercial, retail, and hospitality projects across London.
With a turnover exceeding £1.6 billion and a reputation for Tier 1 level processes and delivery standards, this organisation offers the structure, support, and innovation of a large contractor while operating with the agility and culture of a smaller team.
You'll lead commercial fit-out and cut & carve projects valued between £500k and £5M. Reporting directly to Tier 1-level directors, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own sites while benefiting from clear mentoring and a defined path to leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Full project lifecycle delivery from pre-construction to handover
Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Managing programs, budgets, quality and safety compliance
Driving performance on-site and ensuring best-in-class delivery
Experience:
Proven experience in fit-out or refurbishment (commercial, hospitality, or retail sectors)
Strong background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors
Ability to lead projects independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Driven, IT-savvy, and highly organised
