Job Description
TXM have an exiting opportunity for a Project Manager within a Rolling Stock Overhaul company.
Our client is looking for an experienced project manager within a manufacturing background to hit the ground running and be apart of this growing company.
This role will require you to be able to communicate clearly with clients and ensure projects are kept to the specification and ensure regular updates are provided to the clients.
Other responsibilities include:
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of engineering and manufacturing projects across the rail, defence, and HVAC sectors, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, production, and procurement, to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and quality assurance.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain project performance and profitability.
Liaise with key stakeholders and the client, maintaining clear communication and reporting on project progress, milestones, and any changes in scope.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and the client’s internal quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.
Our client is looking for experienced candidates from a similar industry background who has qualifications to back this up. Other qualities include:
Rolling stock/manufacturing background (or similar)
Degree or equivalent qualification
