Project Manager – Tier 2 Main Contractor
Location: Kew Gardens Station, Richmond
Project Duration: Now until April 2027
Salary: Competitive + Package
A well-established Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a brand new later-living residential scheme in Richmond, just a short walk from Kew Gardens Station.
The Project:

88 high-quality later-living apartments
*
5-storey apartment block with ground floor amenities
*
Piling works nearing completion
*
Programme runs until April 2027
Your Role:
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the project from substructure through to handover. You’ll be responsible for driving progress on-site, managing subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, and upholding quality and safety standards throughout.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience delivering residential or later-living schemes as a No.1 Project Manager
*
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
*
Background with reputable Main Contractors
*
Track record of delivering projects from early stages through to completion
