Based in Shannon - Projects across Ireland & UK
€70,000 - €80,000 + Performance Bonus + Car Access + Matched Pension + Flexible Hours
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-growing fit-out contractor with a clear route to Senior Project Manager and long-term career progression as the company continues to expand.

This company specialises in retail fit-outs, delivering high-quality projects typically ranging from smaller projects up to large scale multi-year contracts. With rapid year-on-year growth and plans to secure more longer-term contracts, they are investing in new talent to support continued expansion. The company has seen some really strong growth in the last year and is now looking for someone to come in and assist in managing the new higher workload.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, typically overseeing a couple of jobs at a time. You'll liaise with all stakeholders including, suppliers and clients, handling everything from invoicing and claims to final accounts. While the position is based in Shannon, you'll travel across Ireland and the UK with an occasional overnight stay, all with strong support from the internal team and a highly flexible approach to working.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Project Manager, be confident managing projects end-to-end, and have a track record of delivering results with a strong mindset to grow.

The Role:
Manage live projects from start to finish
Liaise with all project stakeholders including suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Oversee invoicing, claims, procurement, and final accounts
Occasional travel across Ireland and the UK
Split between site visits and office-based coordination
The Person:
Proven experience in project management within construction
Commercially focused with strong communication and stakeholder skills
IT literate and confident in managing budgets, schedules, and suppliers
Based within commutable distance to Shannon and open to occasional travel
