A successful construction company based in N/W Ireland with sites nationwide is looking to recruit a Project Manager with residential experience in managing a social housing scheme for Sligo County Council under a public works contract.

What you’ll do as Project Manager:
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and taking responsibility for overseeing a full projects team and subcontractors.
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site.
Maintaining the highest levels of Health and Safety.
Managing the requisition process for all materials and plant on site.
Ensuring the project is delivered efficiently to the satisfaction of the client.
We’re looking for a Project Manager with:
Being familiar contract documents supplied by the Client/Architect
Experience in the construction industry including previous Project Management experience.
Previous experience working with Public Works.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision -making skills.
Excellent communication and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
Excellent leadership skills.
Demonstrate an understanding of BIM and digital construction technologies.
Excellent IT Skills.
